I’m a cancer-informed health coach and a two-time cancer survivor. I work with people who have finished treatment and want to move forward but need support to do it. Together we build back your energy and your confidence, one practical step at a time.

You’ve finished treatment, so on paper things should be settling down. However, the fatigue hasn’t lifted and the fear sits in the background. Meanwhile everyone expects you to feel grateful and “back to yourself”, when you’re not sure who that is any more.

What is cancer coaching?
Cancer coaching is practical, personal support for life after, or alongside, cancer treatment. Your medical team looks after your body. A coach helps you find your feet again.
.Together we work on what matters most to you, whether that’s managing fatigue and anxiety or working out who you are after cancer. The aim is a daily life that feels steadier and more your own.
Sessions are structured, and you set the pace and the direction. Coaching isn’t a substitute for medical care or therapy.

I'm Anna
I'm a cancer-informed health coach who knows what it's like when treatment ends and everyone expects you to simply get back to normal.
I volunteer with Macmillan, Mission Remission, The Fountain Centre at the Royal Surrey Hospital and Lymphoma Action, so I've spent years alongside people in your position. I've lived this and I'm trained to help with it.
